Vermont's only sunny day for the entire week was yesterday. I met my dad at his work and we left to go out and take pictures of the leaves! It is the brightest foliage I've seen in years. I also haven't seen it in 5 years.. but all the Vermonters say it's the brightest they've seen in years. I paid the cows to stand in the picture. Didn't they do a great job? I took all these pictures and I'm pretty proud of them.

It is worth clicking on the pictures and seeing them a little bigger as the colors show a bit better.
Marla was fun to go out and view the foliage with. I think she did a great job of shooting, but I might be a bit biased.
We went on standard paved roads as well as a few great dirt ones. You will have to have Marla tell you about the church at the end of our dirt road traveling.

I just compared the images to the jpg files that we sent up and the blog picture processing cuts down on the color a bit... but it still shows most of the beauty.

VT is SO BEAUTIFUL. I've always wanted to visit there! Vermont and Maine! Someday!
Beautiful! I was looking around yesterday when I was driving and I thought the colors weren't too impressive here in Rochester. Glad it's so pretty there.
The only thing I miss about the east coast...

Those pictures almost look like they are paintings! Vermont is beautiful!
