Just writing a quick update. Rob was able to breath on his own for six hours! He is doing well directing his dad with every one of his needs. He's a funny boy. Mike gives the best massages. Rob likes to watch tv, (even though he is switching the channels every two seconds with his eyes closed.) Rob holds the controler like a man with his remote.
They are looking into his breathing. They are going to do breathing tests on him tomorrow. They noticed that he is not using his left lung as much as he should. The plan is still to try to take the breathing tube out in a day or two. By the way he is going now, it's really promising. The doctors are very pleased.
