Hello. Last night we got to the hospital and they sent him up to the floor that we like. We immediately saw nurses that we knew and they got Rob all situated. The resident came up and was very nice. He listened to us on what meds to get Rob. (that's a first) He is on a pca pump with dilaudid that has a continuous flow and he can press it every ten minutes to get a little more. So if he falls asleep, he at least gets a little.
We'll see what Rob is like today. They were looking at the ct scan last night. Rob is stable so that is good. We'll see what today brings us.

Thanks for keeping us posted on what is happening. We're glad you're among friendly faces you know. That is comforting. Keep hanging in there. We know and pray this will turn out well.
I'm glad that you're with great nurses and they're listening to what you say. I'm sure you know more than you'd ever want to about pain medications, but if it helps Rob get some comfort then it's worth it. Thank you for the updates. I'm constantly thinking of all of you and praying for you guys down there.
Yeah, I was going to suggest the Dolodid with the continuous flow... That's what I have here at home and it's great.
It's good they are giving him stuff to deal with pain - are they giving you anything this time to help you deal with Texans?
I just say "ditto" to everyone's comments. Thanks for making us laugh Ryan...
I too am glad they are listening to you. And thank you for keeping us informed. You are all troopers! I didn't sleep well last night and my back had a little ache in it and I thought--this is nothing! I can't even begin to imagine what Rob has and is going through. We love you all and you're in our every little prayer....
